WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Round trip by cable car (Ascend by 5pm for snowshoeers | 7pm for dinner only. Return around 10pm).
- Dinner at the La Tana restaurant
- Snowshoeing with guide and snowshoe rental (optional)
1. Consumer's legal right of withdrawal (Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
The Customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the service, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date on which it was purchased.
2. Refund Policy for Cancellation by the Customer
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following refund conditions apply:
• Within 7 days before the event: 100% refund of the fee paid.
• By the day before the event: possibility of changing the date
• From the day of the event: no refunds are foreseen.
3. Cancellation by the Organization
If the snowshoe hike is canceled by the organizers due to weather and/or safety reasons, a 100% refund of the snowshoe hike fee will be provided once dinner is confirmed.
In the event that the organization cancels the entire event, a 100% refund will be provided.
