General conditions of sale
The Customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the service, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date on which it was purchased.
Cancellation requests must be sent exclusively by email to outdoor@pianadivigezzo.it, indicating your name, surname, and booking reference. In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following refund conditions apply: • Up to 48 hours before the scheduled time: no penalty. • Cancellations made after the 48-hour limit or no-shows will result in the total loss of the amount paid. • By the same day: If you are unable to use the reservation, you can transfer it to someone else by emailing outdoor@pianadivigezzo.it with your name, surname, and booking reference, as well as the contact information of the new beneficiary (name, surname, email), thus confirming the appointment.
