GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Tandem paragliding is open to people of all ages, unless otherwise specified for particular flight types. Minors must be accompanied and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
- No prior experience or special physical preparation is required. However, the passenger must be in good general health and not suffer from conditions that may be aggravated by flying (e.g., severe heart problems, uncontrolled epilepsy, recent surgeries). In case of doubt, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
- It is necessary to arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time with comfortable clothing suitable for the altitude and weather conditions (trekking shoes, long pants, windbreaker jacket, sunglasses, and gloves are recommended).
- It is mandatory to scrupulously follow the instructions provided by the pilot before and during the flight to ensure everyone's safety.
- The pilot reserves the right not to carry out the flight if safety conditions are not adequate (e.g., adverse weather conditions, uncooperative passenger behavior). In such a case, the cancellation/refund policies set out in point 4 will apply.
- The indicative duration of flights ("Flight Baptism": 10-20 minutes; "Thermal Flight": 30-35 minutes) is subject to variations based on current weather and aerological conditions.
- For the "Thermal Flight", the possibility of extending the flight by utilizing updrafts is not guaranteed and depends on weather conditions. The final decision on the duration and maneuvers of the flight rests solely with the pilot, based on their experience and safety assessment. In case of unfavorable thermals, a shorter flight will be carried out and the difference will therefore be refunded.
Cancellation by the customer:
- In case of cancellation communicated within 2 days before the flight date, a 50% refund will be possible.
- For cancellations communicated with less than 1 day's notice, no refund will be provided, except in cases of proven force majeure. In such a case, the possibility of rescheduling the flight may be evaluated.
Cancellation by us:
- We reserve the right to cancel the flight at any time for safety reasons (e.g., adverse weather conditions). In such a case, the customer will have the option to choose between a full refund of the amount paid or rescheduling the flight for a later date to be agreed upon.
- In case of inability to reschedule the flight within a reasonable period, a full refund will be issued.
