Private lesson regulations
1. THE LESSON
The lesson lasts 55 minutes and is held in all weather conditions. In the event of complete closure of the facilities, missed lessons will be refunded. The lesson price does not include equipment or a ski pass. Please note that skiers must have valid liability insurance covering damage or injury caused to third parties (pursuant to Article 30 of Legislative Decree No. 40/2021). We also recommend purchasing personal accident insurance. Starting in 2025, wearing an approved helmet on ski slopes is mandatory. The purchaser is required to comply with current legislation (Legislative Decree 96/2025). To ensure the success of the lesson and the safety of the student, parents are encouraged to inform the instructor of any physical or mental health issues their minor may have.
2. THE RESERVATION
Reservations and subsequent payment must be made online, except for lessons booked on-site, by accepting the terms and conditions. To book and participate in lessons, you must provide the student's personal information, including name, surname, tax code, address, and telephone number. For tax purposes, you will also be asked to provide the payment information, as required by current legislation (Law 675/96). Prices include 5% VAT. Changes to reservations can only be considered based on availability, if the request is received at least 48 hours before the booked lesson.
3. CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), bookings for ski lessons or similar activities that require a specific date or period of performance do not fall within the 14-day right of withdrawal (or "cooling off") provided for online purchases. Cancellations can only be made with a medical certificate, within 72 hours of the lesson start. Any cancellations must be communicated by email to scuolasci@pianadivigezzo.it at least 72 hours before the lesson start to be eligible for a refund. We charge a €10.00 cancellation fee for refunds.
