CABLE CAR TIMETABLES:

1. Consumer's legal right of withdrawal (Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
The Customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the service, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date on which it was purchased.
2. Refund Policy for Cancellation by the Customer
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following refund conditions apply:
• By DECEMBER 1: 100% refund of the fee paid.
• By DECEMBER 15: refund equal to 50% of the total value spent on the purchased service or issuance of a purchase voucher equal to 100% of the total value spent. This voucher can be used to purchase any other service provided by the Seller by March 31, 2026 (excluding ski passes and private ski lessons).
• After December 15th: no refunds provided
3. Cancellation by the Organization
If the snowshoe hike is cancelled by the organizers due to weather and/or safety reasons, a 100% refund of the snowshoe hike fee (€10) will be provided.
In the event that the organization cancels the entire event, a 100% refund will be provided.
4. Program Changes
The event program is indicative and may be subject to slight changes due to weather and/or safety reasons.
