GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Tandem paragliding is open to people of all ages, unless otherwise specified for particular types of flight. Minors must be accompanied and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
- No previous experience or special physical preparation is required. However, the passenger must be in good general health and not suffer from any pathologies that could be aggravated by the flight (e.g. serious heart problems, uncontrolled epilepsy, recent surgery). If in doubt, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
- It is necessary to show up at the meeting point at the agreed time wearing comfortable clothing appropriate for the altitude and weather conditions (trekking shoes, long trousers, windbreaker, sunglasses and gloves are recommended).
- It is mandatory to scrupulously follow the instructions provided by the pilot before and during the flight to ensure everyone's safety.
- The pilot reserves the right not to operate the flight if there are inadequate safety conditions (e.g. adverse weather conditions, uncooperative passenger behavior). In such case, the cancellation/refund policies set out in point 4 will apply.
- The indicative duration of the flights ("Baptism of Flight": 10-20 minutes; "Thermal Flight": 30-35 minutes) is subject to variations based on the meteorological and aerological conditions of the moment.
- For the "Thermal Flight", the possibility of extending the flight by taking advantage of thermals is not guaranteed and depends on weather conditions. The final decision on the duration and maneuvers of the flight is up to the pilot alone, based on his experience and safety assessment. In the event of unfavorable thermals, a shorter flight will be performed and therefore the difference will be refunded.
Cancellation by the customer:
- In case of cancellation communicated within 2 days before the flight date, it will be possible to obtain a 50% refund
- For cancellations communicated with less than 1 day's notice, no refund will be provided, except in cases of proven force majeure. In this case, the possibility of rescheduling the flight may be evaluated.
Cancellation by us:
- We reserve the right to cancel the flight at any time for safety reasons (e.g. adverse weather conditions). In such case, the customer will have the option of a full refund of the amount paid or rescheduling the flight to a later date to be agreed upon.
- If it is not possible to reschedule the flight within a reasonable period, a full refund will be made.
