Weekend Program

Friday, March 13th

Arrival & Relax in the Snow

📍 4:00 PM – Arrival at Tana Lodge & Spa. Settling into the lodge, without Wi-Fi or TV. Smartphones will be handed over in a "detox box."
🌌 6:30 PM – Aperitif with local products.
7:30 PM – Dinner at La Tana restaurant
Typical menu:
- Platters of local cold cuts
- Polenta with stews and local cheeses
- Traditional dessert
- Local wines.
9:00 PM – Firelighting and rejuvenating herbal tea. Alpine herb lesson.
🛏 10:30 PM – Refreshing sleep without screens.

Saturday, March 14th

Adventure & Wellness in the Snow

🌄 From 8:30 am – Wake up and enjoy a breakfast with local products. Coimo black bread, mountain butter, homemade jams, coffee or herbal teas.
10:30 a.m. – Cross-country skiing lesson
Stop at a panoramic point with snacks (dried fruit, chocolate)
🔥 1:00 PM – Lunch in the mountain hut: hot mountain soup, rustic bread, cheeses and homemade dessert
🧘 From 2:30 PM – Relax & Wellness
Relax in the spa. A snow bath to tone your body.
5:00 PM – Snowshoeing at Sunset
7:30 PM – Gourmet dinner at Ristoro La Tana. "Bourguignonne: a convivial dinner to warm up the weekend." Dessert and local wines.
✨ 10:00 PM – Grappino and goodnight

Sunday, March 15th

Energy & Slow Return

9:00 AM – Wake up and enjoy a mountain breakfast. Typical pies and cakes, yogurt, and honey.
🛷 10:00 am – Snow Games
12:30 PM – Final lunch with local specialties
📦 2:00 PM – Smartphones are back and we're back to civilization. A moment of reflection on what the detox meant.

Result: A memorable weekend with renewed energy and a clear mind!

1.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy for Customer Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following refund conditions apply:
•⁠ ⁠Within 7 days before the event: 100% refund of the fee paid.
•⁠ ⁠Within 3 days before the event: 50% refund of the fee paid.
•⁠ ⁠After 3 days before the event: no refunds.

2. Cancellation by the Organization
If the event is cancelled by the organizers due to weather and/or safety reasons, a 100% refund of the fee paid will be provided.

The event program is indicative and may be subject to slight changes due to weather and/or safety reasons.
