1. Purchase and collection methods
The Black Friday offer can only be purchased online.
The 3-ski pass cards can be collected at the ticket office starting from the first day the facilities open, by presenting your name, surname, and order number.
To use the Ski Service, you will need to book your appointment by writing an email to outdoor@pianadivigezzo.it, providing your name, surname, and order number.
2. How to use
The three day passes will be loaded onto a single card and cannot be used on the same day. The card is transferable, non-personal, and can be used on all days the facilities are open.
The ski service can be requested and used throughout the winter season, by appointment.
3. Refund policy for customer cancellation
Given the promotional nature of the purchase, it is specified that in the event of failure to collect or partial use of the service/product, it will not be possible under any circumstances to request a full or partial refund of the amount paid.
