Private lesson rules

• Lessons last 55 minutes.
• ⁠To make a reservation and to participate in the lessons, it is necessary to provide the student's personal data, namely name, surname, address and telephone number. For tax purposes, you will also be asked to indicate the data of the person making the payment, as required by current legislation (L.675/96).
• ⁠Payment for lessons must be made before the start of the lessons.
• Reservations made by telephone at short notice must be confirmed and paid for at the ski school at least 30 minutes before the start of the lesson, otherwise they will be considered cancelled.
• To request a full refund, any cancellation of the reservation must be communicated within 2 days of the lesson date.
• ⁠The request for a date change must be made within 24 hours of the booked lesson
• In case of cancellation on the same day of the lesson, the customer will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the booked lesson.
• The price of private lessons does not include Ski Pass and related Insurance.
