Arrival & Relax

📍 5:00 PM – Arrival at Tana Lodge&Spa Accommodation in the refuge, without Wi-Fi or TV. Delivery of smartphones in a "detox box".
🔥 5:30 pm – Illustration of the activities and welcome aperitif at the La Tana restaurant.
🍽7:30 PM – Gourmet dinner at Ristoro La Tana. "Raclette: a convivial dinner to warm up the weekend". Dessert and local wines
🌌 9:00 pm – Lesson dedicated to Alpine herbs and flowers with tasting of local liqueurs.
🛏 10:30 PM – Refreshing sleep without screens.

Saturday 23rd August

🌄 From 08:30 – Wake up and 0 km breakfast.
🧗‍♂️ 10:00 am – Safe climbing course suitable for everyone
