Among Woods and Pastures of Val Vigezzo - Date 20/08

A little frequented trek in Val Vigezzo!
We will travel together different types of paths and environments , which will change as we go up in altitude. We will leave directly from the Prestinone gondola car park; we will follow the road that will take us to the small village of Eglio , where the path towards the Piana di Vigezzo will begin. We will enter the larch forest where peace and tranquility dominate. We will continue towards Alpe la Colla and Alpe Marco , where vast open spaces are still used for grazing today. From here we will cross the slope under Cima Trubbio to arrive at Piana di Vigezzo, where we will have lunch at the brand new La Tana restaurant with typical products and local recipes.
